Solar Panel & Inverter Installation in Simpson by Energy Reset

30 kW Solar System | Reviving Existing Solar Investment

Settlement Supermarket in Simpson already had a solar system, but a faulty inverter had brought the system to a standstill. Instead of replacing the entire installation and writing off the customer’s existing investment, Energy Reset looked at how the existing panels could be integrated into a new system.

We installed an additional 20 kW solar system with a new inverter and integrated the supermarket’s existing solar panels with the new equipment.

This effectively brought the existing panels back into operation and created a combined solar system of approximately 30 kW.

The approach allowed the supermarket to make use of its original solar investment while adding new generation capacity at the same time.

The result has been significant reductions in electricity costs, while an existing solar asset that had stopped working was brought back into productive use.

For us, the project was about more than installing new panels. It was about finding a practical way to protect the customer’s existing investment and get more value from the system they already had.
